Africa's most popular Biltong Seasoning, savoured in many countries outside Africa, including the USA, Canada, the UK, New Zealand and even China. With its beefy, coriander and pepper notes, this seasoning produces a mild old fashioned biltong blend exactly the way you like it.
Use 40-50g of spice per kg of meat. Sprinkle the meat with vinegar, then sprinkle with seasoning. Lie for 2 to 4 hours on a tray turning every 30 minutes. Hang to dry.
