A traditional drywors seasoning with cloves, nutmeg, pepper and a touch of BBQ flavour, suitable for beef or venison.

Instructions: use 30g spice per kg meat.

Contains: Salt, spices, herb & spice extracts, MSG (flavour enhancer)

Preservative: sodium metabisuphite, dextrose, flavourings, dehydrated vegetable (onion-irradiated), sodium erythorbate, vegetable oil (canola).

Allergens: may contain milk, egg, soy, wheat gluten.
