A traditional drywors seasoning with cloves, nutmeg, pepper and a touch of BBQ flavour, suitable for beef or venison.
Instructions: use 30g spice per kg meat.

Preservative: sodium metabisuphite, dextrose, flavourings, dehydrated vegetable (onion-irradiated), sodium erythorbate, vegetable oil (canola).
